Your session includes a professionally styled holiday setup, all props, dog-savvy support from Shannon, one professionally edited digital file per dog, and the option to purchase additional edited images through Photography by Krisleen.

How many digital photos will I receive?

Each dog includes one edited digital file. Additional digital files or prints may be purchased directly through Photography by Krisleen once your gallery is delivered.

Can I bring more than one dog?

Can humans be in the photos?

Yes. You can add a group or family shot for an additional $10. Please select this option during booking.

What should I bring?

Bring your dog’s favorite treats to help keep them motivated and engaged. You’re welcome to bring outfits, accessories, or holiday items you’d like included in your photos.

What happens when we arrive?

When you arrive, please text 719-650-4513 to check in.
We will text you when we are ready for your appointment. This system helps keep dogs safely separated and prevents dogs from crossing paths inside the studio.

What if my dog is anxious or reactive?

Shannon is a trained behavior specialist and will support your dog throughout the session. The environment is calm, controlled, and one-on-one. If your dog has specific needs, please let us know on your intake form.

What if my dog doesn’t cooperate?

Most dogs do very well with patience, treats, and gentle support. If your dog struggles, we adapt to their comfort level. While we cannot guarantee specific poses, we always aim for a comfortable, positive experience and high-quality portraits.

What happens if I arrive late?

Sessions are scheduled back-to-back. We may not be able to extend your session, and late arrivals may result in a shortened or forfeited session. Refunds are not provided for missed or lost time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 48 hours in advance and we are able to rebook your time slot. Due to the limited nature of this one-day pop-up, exceptions cannot be made.

Will there be other dogs at the event?

Only one dog is photographed at a time. Clients are asked to wait outside or in their vehicle until their session begins to maintain a calm, controlled environment.
