Shakti & Striking is where sweat meets soul!
This 60-minute class fuses the high-energy strikes of Muay Thai with the centering breathwork of Kundalini, giving you a workout that’s as fierce as it is focused. Expect to torch calories, boost your stamina, and crank up your strength, all while developing a rock-solid mindset.
Picture learning fun, beginner-friendly combos—jabs, crosses, kicks—and then grounding yourself with powerful breathing techniques that clear mental clutter. It’s a total mind-body reset: you’ll sharpen your focus, calm your nerves, and unlock a wellspring of confidence and inner power. Whether you’re looking to kickstart your fitness goals, find your fighting spirit, or channel your stress into strength, Shakti & Striking helps you step into the best version of yourself—one breath, one strike, one breakthrough at a time.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is often called the yoga of awareness — a powerful practice that blends movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation to awaken the vital energy that resides within you. This practice strengthens the nervous system, balances the chakras, and cultivates clarity, focus, and deep inner peace.
At Soluna, our Kundalini classes are designed to help you release stored energy and reconnect with your true self through kriyas (specific sequences of postures and breath), mudras (hand positions), and mantra chanting. Each class is an energetic journey that leaves you feeling grounded, uplifted, and recharged.
What to expect:
A gentle warm-up to prepare the spine and nervous system
Dynamic movement sequences (kriyas)
Breathwork to calm and energize the body
Mantra meditation and relaxation with sound healing
Integration and grounding at the end of class
No experience is necessary — just an open mind and heart. This is a safe and supportive space to explore your energy, expand your consciousness, and connect with community.
